It covers the concepts of brewing malts, ales, beers, fermenting, yeast culturing, stove-top boiling methods, recipes from a variety of cultures, bottling, clear beer and filtration, and many other concepts including non-alcoholic beer making.

I used it to make malt to use in recipes like beer battered fish, cakes, etc. They work. As for brewing a keg. No, I had teenagers at the time. That would have been trouble.
