Has a SIM Card slot-does not come with a SIM card.
Works as it should-nothing wrong with it that I know of, other than the SCREEN IS CRACKED pretty bad. There is a small crack on the back-at the bottom where the charger plugs in-it charges fine, charger will slip easily unless in otterbox then it fits more snug but will charge either way.
*NOT JAILBROKEN

I can tell you for sure it works with att, I do not know if it will work with other carriers.
