And, how many people do you know, that knows what lefse is??? As a matter of fact, I DO know what lefse is. My friend's mother sent some to him in a care package, already made, he just had to heat them up and cook them. He brought it over here to my mom's house, now my house, to share with our family. LOL, it was a one-time treat for us; I think namely, because my younger brother pigged-out on it. Ohhhhhhhhhh, it was SOOOOOO GOOOOODDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I aim to get this recipe from you, just to see if I can do it. (LOL, I'm having 'lofty' ideas about that!) =D =D =D I already have instant boxed mashed tater flakes here; so, I already know that using mashed taters is part of doing this. LOL =D
Enjoy your auction. I'm jealous that you have a lefse maker and all the goodies that go with it! =DDD
