Can you tell me if this works for ear mite's or to clean them so they don't itch. I have a pomeranian and he has icky ear mites.

If you really suspect ear mites, you should take your vpet to the vet, as the itching could also be a sign of ear infection. This product is meant for ear cleaning and since some pets have a odor from their ears, it should also help with that. I fanned you.
