Brand New, I just took it out of the pkg and realized I ordered the wrong one. It is a Wallet Card Holder PU Leather Flip Case Cover for iphone and iphone 5 &5S in Pink. Sorry for the confusion, it is for the 5 & 5S.

the dimensions are inside the cover where the phone goes is 4 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide, I hope this helps, I have a Samsung Galaxy 4S and it is way to big for this cover.

Is the hole for the headphones on the top or bottom of the case

There is one hole on the top left and 3 on the bottom, hope that helps.

*******at the bottom there are 3 holes, 2 small ones like you would plug into a phone charger and the one in the middle is an inch long***********hope that helps.
