This great unique heirloom Broccoli Raab or Rapini is delicious blanched and then added to stir fries or sauteed in olive oil as a side dish or added to salads. These plants grow large and vigorous, tall and erect, and you harvest the whole stems with leaves and small buds intact, as all are edible. The taste is similar to wild broccoli with a hint of mustard.
Unlike most of the other seeds I offer, I did not produce these seeds in my garden, I bought way too many for the space I ended up with. These are an Heirloom Variety and are not GMO.
