The listing, JR Medium, Stretchy, Yellow Skirt has ended.

Super comfy, stretchy, airy material! Perfect shade of yellow to brighten up your day (or night)!

Was only woren/washed once. I have long legs, and don't fancy mini skirts too much...kept riding up b/c of my hips since it does tend to be clingy...but in ALL the right places! ;)

Absolutely! I was actually a LG in JR's when I bought this skirt, so the stretch in the material definitely allows you to fit into it. :)

The elastic band at the top (waist) measured 12 1/2 inches. I measured at the widest part of the skirt for the hips, and it measures about 14 1/2 inches. Definitely has spandex in the material so it's got a great stretch, and clings to your body's form, yet it's super comfy. Clings, but you can MOVE. Hope this helps? :)

Possibly. Don't think it'll give you that tight fit however... : / The waistband should fit just fine though. So if you're okay with that, then I say go for it!
