I made this fairy baby out of clay, then baked it in a special, new oven that will never be used to cook food. I painted it with heat reborn paints (3-4 very thin layers baking each layer). I added the tiny flower head band stones 1 at a time lifting each one using a tooth pick. The baby is glued to a large leaf and it has a small leaf to cover its butt. A larger ladybug is glued to her lower back and there is also a smaller one glued on the head band above it's ear. The ear is pointed. This baby has very fine details including blushing and creases (my camera isn't very good it looks much better in real life).. It measures only 2 1/2 inches long. It takes a lot of time to make one of these. I love to make reborn baby dolls but I now love making clay babies also. I tried to add lots of picts. so you can see all around the baby.
