I don't know much about the Popples generation, but this is a cute little guy (girl?) Press it's head and it says "message for favorite friend" It has a pink pouch (for messages? idk) has touch point in it's ears and one foot, but they don't work. made in 2007. It's very clean and ready for a new home.

Sorry I can't do free shipping on this, I just had my hours cut at work, and it really sucks, but I'm glad I'm still employed!
