Lord I have twice she won't respond she has five more days till it does on its own I just think its mean to hold peoples credits like that for that long they should shorten those days

I agree they need to. Maybe her computer is tore up, I don't know what her reason is but as long as you can prove that she got it. Maybe they will go ahead and give you the credits.

The refund policy I think is just for getting credits back, but not the package sorry. I would not leave a positive feedback for them . But I definitely would leave negative feed back and remind the why. You did. That way it's on their page, and everyone can see
