Description

The listing, Gorgeous VERY detailed wedding or engagement look RING silver, NEW, FLAWLESS! Must see!! has ended.

This is a breathtakingly beautiful VERY VERY detailed size 10 ring. It looks like a wedding or engagement. MY GOOODNNNESSSS the detail just amazes me. The middle stone is cubic Z, the post is gold, NOTHING is tarnished, There is deep etching all the way around the ring.On the top sides of the ring top and bottom. So its full of decor, THEN the stunner for me was that the side of the stone on the outer and inner sides has an open cut out heart, I KNOW RIGHT????!!! so darn cute. There are no markings but I have had this ring in my jewelry box for 2 years. IT IS FLAWLESS just cannot for the life of me remember where it came from, I think my grandmother bought it for me but it was too big for me, It fits my thumb but kind of weird to wear this show piece on a thumb. haha... VERY well made I must say. The top stone is NOT scratched because I triple checked under microscope just to make sure. SO it is gift ready!!!!

Main thing - especially on digital cameras or cell phone cameras - make sure you change the setting to "closeup" represented usually by a little flower icon, instead of "scenery" represented by a little mountain outline. Makes a huge difference.

If it's brand new as in straight from the jewelry counter in glass then it will likely not be dusty at all and they keep the higher end jewelry clean so people will buy it. If you buy stuff off the shelf not covered by glass then I would clean it. Even if it's sterling silver tooth paste with a tooth brush will do a good job cleaning and shining it up.

Check out two of my ended auctions for ideas with rings. use a tooth brush and toothpaste and clean it super good, make sure to get underneath the stone where dirt can build up and affect the sparkle of the stone/s. Use a soft cloth to shine up the stones and then you're ready to photograph them.

I use a Nikon coolpix to take pictures of my jewelry I make for my business as well as professional photo jobs we do, like weddings etc. There is a setting on it that says close up, but is basically like a macro lens built in feature. I use the flash sometimes to get clearer pictures. My camera was about $225 with shipping, but i had to search all over the internet and in stores to find this deal. I almost always use some kind material like satin, silk, velvet type material etc for jewelry pictures. Solid color is best so the attention to the jewelry piece is not taken away.

@Laceelola - make sure you have soft light for photography jewelry- do not use a flash but make sure there is enough difussed light so you can see the jewelry. Check and see if your camera has a "spot focus" setting. It will focus more on WHAT is in the picture as opposed to the whole scene itself. Also, unfortunately, your typical "point and shoot" camera isn't your best bet for taking pictures of jewelry. If you want to have clear, crisp pictures, your better off with a camera with a good manual focus capability. If it's that important you get good pictures (not sure if you have an online store, or...whatever) try purchasing a beginner DSLR camera like a Sony A230 or something similar. You get as close as you can to a professional camera (manual focus, zoom, etc) for a fraction of the price and it's a GREAT camera for beginners :)
HOLY COW I didn't mean for that to be so long. LoL HTH! :)

so there are no stamps are markings what so ever? i am not so much conserned about tarnish because jewelry can be cleaned, but am more concerned with if the ring turns your finger green after wearing it and getting your hands wet or any form of moisture?

OH I totally understand. I will have a 925 marked one probably on sunday. THIS ring is a NEVER turn ring but no markings like stated but It will not turn your finger green, If there are markings I cant see them BUT I have been surprised before because they sometimes put them in the decor and that makes it really hard
