You will get your coupon, I just added that bit because someone left me negative feedback when they didn't get their item, and refused to allow me to send a replacement. I always try to make things right with my buyers, I just don't want people to punish me (with negative) for the post office not delivering. I have always sent out a replacement coupon or refunded their credits.
