DESCRIPTION OF THE COIN
The coin is disc-shaped, white in color and has ledges along the rim on both sides — obverse and reverse. The material of the coin has no ferromagnetic characteristics.
The obverse:
- in the center — the relief image of the two-headed eagle, above it — the inscription along the rim: “БАНК РОССИИ” (BANK OF RUSSIA);
- below to the right, under left paw of the eagle — the mint trade mark;
- lower under the eagle — the denomination of the coin in words in one line: “ОДИН РУБЛЬ” (ONE RUBLE) underlined by two horizontal lines divided by a dot;
- at the bottom of the disc — the year of mintage.
