This is not a Core Duo, it is a Pentium Dual-Core. Core Duo are 64-bit processors, Pentium Dual-Cores are 32-bit.

I Thanks for the info. I was just going by the info I received from the model numbers on the processor. But it still has two cores in it, it is just that it is 32 bit then.

My bad, I was thinking your item was a Core 2, those are definitely 64-bit. Still, it's not a Core Duo, if someone were to upgrade their Core Duo with a Dual Core, they would suffer a performance hit somewhere.
