The listing, Hat -- infant/toddler has ended.
It used to be adult size, but the dryer shrank it to about toddler size. Very petty, was truly bummed out when I made such an error in the laundry.Has a teeny tiny hole in the top, but you can barely see it due to the style of the hat. Material is some sort of nylon/polyester/silky-shiny blend.
