This is a combo that can benefit your hand in several ways.

First, Bogbrew Witch (Rare from M14) allows you to search your library for Festering Newt or Bubbling Cauldron, and put it onto the battlefield tapped. This auction includes both Festering Newt AND Bubbling Cauldron, so you can make the most of the main card's ability.

Second, Bubbling Cauldron offers the option to sacrifice Festering newt in order to cause each opponent to lose 4 life, and allowing you to gain life equal to life lost this way. Bubbling Cauldron is an Artifact, so its other abilities can be used in any deck.

Third, Festering Newt starts a chain of events when it dies. An opponent's creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. BUT, if you control Bogbrew Witch, the creature gets -4/-4 instead.

All together, these three cards play off of each other nicely, and having each of them makes the others much more effective. Don't wait around to pull them separately from boosters or try to track them each down. Just bid here and get them all at once.
