Not totally sure to me it looks sanding but I mean you could probably use it in a nail polish or to put on top of your nail polish I personally don't like glitter cuz it gets everywere

Amen to the getting all over...my daughter loves glitter and I HATE IT but it is a necessity in the wedding project I have to do for myself for next month. Thank you for replying sweetie.
