Starting at the top, there is a banded neckline, with the possibility of proper work attire in even the stuffiest workplace by buttoning up all five buttons. Unbutton two or three, or all five and the look of this top has a sexy new character. Beginning at the shoulders, and going down to the top of the bust area, there are four sewn, raised pleats encased by a rounded yoke. The barely there sleeves are capped and frilly. Here are the flat measurements, which should tell you the size. Keep in mind that although this is a very blousy top, be sure to measure your back shoulders. Flat measurement = 1/2 of total measurement around.

Armpits: 19.5"
Bust: 22.0"
Bottom gathering: 14.5" unstretched
21.0" stretched
Back shoulders: 13.5"
