The listing, Brand New Handmade Ribbon Hand Kite has ended.

Inspired by the colors of Dr. Seuss. Loved by both boys and girls, the perfect outside activity. Children love to run, skip, jump and dance, make magical moments with these hand held kites. Encourage your little one to get up and move.
After trying different sizes we settled on a 2 3/4" ring, as that was the most comfortable for all our little testers. Ring is sealed with our own organic beeswax sealant. We then use our own double tied method for more securely attached ribbons. Five satin ribbons in bright yellow, red and turquoise. Ribbons measure just under 48" when untied.
