No, it does not include the chain. The chain is about 2 foot long or longer. Thanks for asking.

I love this, I thought I sent you a message on here but it must have been a private message. My mother had a lamp exactly like it with a huge chain in a gold tone and the electrical cord was weaved through the chain, the chain was super long. Are you willing to part with the chain ? To answer the question about concealed cash. If shipping is $10.00 and a lot of people on here don't have Paypal so some sellers except concealed cash in an envelope they mail to you and then you mail out the Item, problem is, what if you don't receive it? It's happened, if you decide it's ok I would make sure they have tracking on it, and still I've been delivered packages with tracking in a USPS plastic bag " WE CARE " you see that you know your package was chewed up by there machines or a not so honest employee, again it's up to whomever ships the item to properly package and label items so this doesn't happen, some
People want to put necklaces in an envelope with a few stamps and don't know because they don't check that this envelope will go through the mail sorting machines and anything bulky is at risk for getting snagged and torn, seen it with sellers. It's up to you, I would probably do it for a return customer or someone who has a high score and has been on here awhile. You know you could state if bidding gets to xxxxx I will ship free then those without Paypal can even go buy credits with charge or debit, same thing kinda, I'm outa work so I would need $.
