Model number sch m828c haven't used it in a while but still turns on and touch screen works.Can't find charger for it but it will be charged and ready to go.Last pic is one from the internet because I really couldn't get a clear pic of it but you can see it works.Can be used for straight talk,net 10 or tracfone.

No actually I didn't.It must be from moisture or humidity.I'm not really sure or maybe I set it down on something wet.Don't really know ow the water damage occured.
