I have a U.S.Postage Stamp that has never been used. It is a 3 cent stamp and is gray and white in color. It has little ridges on all the outer 4 sides which are white and also the border. The top of the stamp reads NATIONAL REUNION UNITED CONFEDERATE VETERANS. The middle left reads UCV and under it - 3 cents. The middle right has a picture of a man with a gray hat on, white hair, white shirt and a gray coat. He has a symbol on the hat with U.G.V. within it. Behind him is a almost all white face of another man with a hat looking upward.The bottom has UNITED STATES POSTAGE. It is partly attached to a piece of paper and have not attempted to take it off being an ex stamp collector. The stamp glue on the back is shiny and evenly distributed. It is in excellent condition.
