can you tell me what the tag says? I have a small monitor so it is a bit hard to read. also is it sterling silver or another metal? very cool buy the way

Walsh &Sons Ltd. , Rather ham Village, Dublin 14, Ireland. I believe it is sterling silver. The coin on it is a genuine Ireland coin. I had a pawn shop owner look at it and he said he couldn't give me the money it was worth. He told me it was a novelty piece. That I'd be better off taking it to an antique dealer.
