Description
The listing, Violin w/ Case has ended.
Violin with case. Good condition, no scratches, though case has some slight snagging. Bow has a few loose hairs. Small holding compartment at top. Comes with resin and extra strap. Barely used.
Could you tell me the brand name and year? What brand of rosin, how old are the strings, and what type of wood is it made out of? What is the bow made of, and when is the last time it's been rosined? Also about how much shipping would cost NC? Sorry it's a lot of questions :D...
There is no shoulder rest. I got it a couple years ago from a pawn shop so I don't know how old it is, or its brand. I don't know the type of wood either. I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge on it.
Could you look through the F holes (the holes on either side of the bridge) and see if it says anything on the inside of it? It may say Stradivarius model (don't get excited many instruments are models of strads) if you could tell us the year and maker or any information that is on the inside that would be awesome! Also is the bow plastic or wood? Could you also tell me the color of the bottom/design on the top and bottom of the stings ^-^! That would be very helpful :3
looks full size. Obviously a starter violin. Doesn't mean it's not quality, just not the high end expensive stuff. Can often be found on used market for 30 to 100, cost like 150 to 300 new, at least that's the bulk of the starter units. Some sell for 50 new, but from the case and all, I don't think this is one of those.
Hi, and welcome to Listia. Is there any way we could get you to please print your name on a piece of paper and take a picture of it to show us that you have it in your possession. It is just a simple way to weed the scammers from the real listers and it also increases your bids. Win-Win.
