They are sealed with a little bitty manufacturer plastic piece of tape seal that goes over the top of the lid onto the tube. I almost missed seeing it, it is that tiny! There is no shrink wrap around it if that is what you are looking for. I hope this answers your questions. These are new, I bought them at Walgreens when they were on sale with coupons specifically to sale on listia or Amazon. I buy low to sell at a higher price (like most people) to try to make a buck. I hope that answers your questions. :)
