"as-seen-on-tv" this pkg is opened, i used it on myself and did nothing for me,...then i tried it on my two grand daughters and it worked,
so since i used 3 of the cones and they are missing i could not take it back..i do think it is for a child more then an adult/with an adult doing the work.....
now if you would like it shipped cheap let me send it without this big outer pkg and i will fold all directions in a big new baggie and a padded envelope...it will save you money!!!

there are two aa batteries included..you may need new ones..these were mine and they were not new...
