I love this Recipe!! it has the right amounts of cheeses and best of all Kids Love It!! It can be made with Rigatoni or elbows in place of spaghetti. I have made this for Grandkids using the different shaped noodles and they simply love it. It also is freezer friendly. We cook leftovers in a crock pot, comes out as good as it was before.
