This is super nice for those who have back and spine problems. It give a bit of support to the back while it keeps you from sweating. It is made of mesh. I have used my back support like this for over a week now, and love it. My back even stays dry when I am sitting in the car. I now have one for all the chairs I sit in. I recommend this to people who have back problems too.
