well I only have blue cuff which is made for sm to med arms. I wouldnt try to guess cause u dont want to be disapointed. Im sure they prob sell attachment but unsure.

Sorry but the box is wrapped up already and taped. If you goto the doctor and they use the blue one on you then this will fit. If they always go up a size on you then this will not fit you. Oh and I dont have a tape measure I need to buy one I keep forgeting everytime I goto the Dollar Tree.
