Bought when I went to see the production of the "Pretty Things Peepshow". They are handmade by the women who use them in their show and have never been used!

The instructions say you can use glue such as Sprit Gum or Liquid laytex (available at most costume/party stores) or Double sided tape. It states the the lady in the show used double sided carpet tape. It's all based on preference and how sensitive your skin is. :)
