Bought these at the New York State Fair several years ago. The black and blue ones are unopened; the red was opened and is missing the instructions and the "secret" to how it works (but can be "fixed" using the info from the unopened package). It can be made to look like it is moving on it's own, around a pencil, out of a glass and more.

The soft little Wigglee is about 8 inches long.
Winner will get CHOICE of blue or black, and the red one thrown in as a bonus!
*Package says Not for under 3 years of age, but I would probably say not for under 5.
