This auction is for 5 pictures of my dog Cleopatra who gave her life protecting me. Camping in the desert outside of Phoenix, AZ. I was coming out of the cook tent. She warned me of a rattle snake and stepped between it and me. She took a solid bite to the face. Local vet wanted $2500 PER VIAL for the anti-venin. (She needed 2!) Being disabled and poverty stricken, we just did not have it. They gave her 50% odds of surviving with only antibiotics and love. Odds only rose a little if we could afford to give her the anti-venin. We took her back to camp, took turns holding, feeding and loving on her but she died on the 3rd day. She was conscious to the end and I like to think she died knowing how loved she was and how much a difference she made in our lives.

I'm trying to get this auction and several others set up as CHARITY AUCTIONS. Techno challenged but eager to learn, please help ME make a difference to others, like Cleo did. Your tips on charity auctions through Listia would be appreciated
