This dress has only been worn a handful of times. My daughter got snagged and put a small tear in the tulle of the skirt, it could be fixed but I do not know how to sew so you would have to fix it. It is not noticeable unless you are really looking. I did not even notice until I was about to list! LOL I will not lower starting bid or GIN because I believe these are both fair. This is an authentic Disney Fairies Dress. Even with the tear it is well worth what i am asking! Thank you!

√ I only ship twice a month on Friday, so my auctions are set to end prior to the available Friday ship date. If GIN is used you will have to wait until the ship date unless it falls within the first shipping date. Example: This month I ship June 6th and June 20th. If GIN is used BEFORE June 6th I can ship then, if after you will have to wait until June 20th. This is YOUR prerogative and I know that I have informed you long before the fact!
√ I always ship with tracking so do not think that you can trick me by saying you did not receive the item. I hate that this has to be said but unfortunately I have had issues in the past.
√ You have 7 days after the end of the auction to provide me with your Listia verified address or I will keep the credits and relist the item. I will NOT send to any address that is given to me in a message. You MUST be verified!
√ I almost always offer FREE shipping, but in the case of any shipping costs only PayPal is accepted.
