Be sure to check if your particular movie theatre actually accepts the movie cash. I had won a listia auction for the very same thing and the website listed my particular movie theatre but.. when I went to use it at the cinema.. they wouldn't accept it. It may be a good idea to take cash with you as well or stop by and show them the voucher. I guess somewhere on the website they say not responsible for non-acceptance from participating movie theatres. I was able to use my voucher at another cinema. I just thought I'd give you a heads up to actually ask your movie theatre in person before standing in line with only a few bucks in your pocket. Cheers to credit cards. ~LosAngeles

Actually it says on their website that they will help you resolve it if there any issues and there is a number to call if you have any problems. Sounds like you just got an incompetent employee.
