No there pierced look kind of like clips tho. This set has a stamp saying hand made, by whom I don't know I bought these at auction I just love the way light hits it reminds me like oyster shell, but I have no info on the pieces you'll have to be the judge.

This one I don't think will be a problem the only metal is the clasp and there's a little hand stamp said made by hand you can remove if you need to:-)
