Pros:
-Cheap
-Small
Cons:
-Bad quality blade
-Bad quality handle
-No locking mechanism
-Blade WILL open up by itself if you carry it in your pocket etc
These are dangerous as far as knives go since there is no locking mechanism to ensure it stays closed when not in use, it also means that the blade can flick open unintentionally and cause some serious damage if it opened in your pocket.
I have never seen this type of blade steel before but I can tell you it is by far the worst quality I have ever seen in a knife.
