Hiii Actually its for the battery only. Me, I have 4 extra batteries for my phone and to prevent me from using my phone while its on the charger, I bought these extra chargers to charge the battery while my phone has a newly charged battery in it. I dont like to use my phone while its charging because it limits me. SO I bought an external charger. I hope this helps you a little more.
