Iam at work right now so I can't give you a guarantee by looking at them right now but the glasses are pretty flawless and I am 99 percent sure there are no scratches they are in great shape. So the answer is no pretty much

It's OO 9095-04 not 009095-04. That number checks out. As far as I can tell, these are real. Ghost you could've put people in their place by visiting a Sunglass Hut or a legit Oakley retailer to get them to take a look. Regardless I would recommend that the winner does it anyway, I sure will if I win.

And you know what EVEN if they where witch iam pretty sure there not. You wouldn't even know the difference because they are VERY nice and we'll made and like you said have all the sure fire ways you spoke about that say there real and not made in China. So to who ever wins these I promise you. You are getting a nice pair of oakleys regardless. the pictures speak for them self

Jazz your eagle eyes are off cuz that's not the right number you wrote down and they are real I found the same ones on line that are real as well. I wish you were right but you are not. They are 100% fakes. If you google the model # 009095-04 that is shown on the inside of the arm, you will see all the websites that come up stating that they are fakes.

If you found them in a park, I highly doubt that they are real. But just in case they are, here is one sure fire way to tell. All Oakley glasses are made in the United States and will have a "Made in the U.S.A." logo, typically on the inside of the arm. Real Oakley sunglasses, will also have a serial number printed inside the arm that you can cross-reference with the company's model information.

I'm sorry I don't have anything else that comes with them and all I know is the brand is Oakleys I don't know which version. I tried looking it up and couldn't find them sorry. I found these in a park so sorry again I don't know much about them the ones I found on line that look a lot like these though we're almost 200 hundred bucks that's how I got my price range
