This is a Verizon phone that needs a web plan and it cannot be used on a monhtly basis only with a contract. But it is an awesome phone in Cherry condition took some pics with it on and off. If you use GIN to buy I will add a 7.77 gift card code to Amazon to the mix. GIN is not that high considering what you get. So want a great Phone but can't afford it, get it free from Me. This phone can also be used as a PDA it has a little of everything on it

This is a pretty phone. But, I don't have Verizon. And Verizon doesn't have SIM cards anymore. I believe AT&T and prepaid (the no contract, buy a card for minutes) phones are the only ones that do have them now.

On the web plan, you're meaning data, right? I am still the old America's Choice plan with verizon. Can't bring myself to pay for web data when all it costs me know is minutes....lol But I do like this phone.mmmmm

yeah the Data plan you have to have one with this phone but you can also use the phone as just a PDA it a really awesome phone I just need one that is monthly to get rid of verizon
