You are bidding on a 15 channel Audiovox GMRS walkie-talkie (2-way radio) with weather band. It is an older type, with fewer channels, but it works and does the job it's supposed to do very nicely.

This unit operates on the GMRS frequencies, and thus requires a license for use. The included manual gives you the details on how to contact the FCC to do so.

The device works fine, and I have the manual, although I can also provide a downloaded PDF (via email) to you if you need or want it.

I have also discovered a weird channel lineup past the first 7 channels, and can provide that info as well via Listia's message system.

Please note this is a 15 channel radio, which is fewer than the "standard" of 22 channels, but the range of features this unit has is roughly equal to the FRS radios of today.

If you already have one or 2 FRS/GMRS radios and need a second or third, this is an easy way to get one without buying a 2nd (or third) unit at the same time.
