This top is too cute!! It has beautiful flowers; roses on the sides, really pretty lace at the shoulders, and a flowy bottom. This blouse is a light creamy off white color, it is sheer, very light and soft. The material is not stretchy and would look best loose fitting. It is a size medium, fits me tight and not how I wanted so I would say it fits best small and smaller medium. Brand new without tags, just tried on once, bought it at Target.
When I bought it, it reminded me of vintage or antique style, or it may look a different style to you. However it is such a perfect top for summer !
Measures about 18 inches armpit to armpit and about 25 inches long laying flat. The waist is also about 18" which is right where the flowy bottom starts. The flowy part is abt 35" wide laying flat.

No rips No holes No stains, brand new without tags.
