This is an iron-on transfer that is pre-shaded. Just add fabric paint. You can paint entire design, just add highlights or wear unpainted. Pre-shaded areas can be seen through any transparent fabric paint including Dizzle Tints, Soft Paint or other fabric paints if diluted. I painted them on sweatshirts but they would do just as well on t-shirts. Will charge exact cost on multiple purchases bidding of 1000 or more. Otherwise exact cost.
