These are Brass Tone Sleeve Gambling Garters with three color rhinestones, 3 Pair: Blue, Green, Red. Elasticized coil bands with beautiful vivid colors. Wear them to hold your sleeves up while gambling, playing cards, etc. My late husband got these are a trip to Las Vegas, and just thought he was so cool! He paid a good amount of money for these back in the '70s.
