This is a liberty 1804 coin or token I don't know. It looks silver but I don't know nothing about this stuff . It is a little bit bigger then a regular silver dollar.

Hi all first of all there are 15 1804 silver dollars known in the world...most at the Smithsonian! THIS IS NOT A REAL 1804 DOLLAR.....this is what I do!!!! If it were real this man would be a multi millionaire!!! This is a VERY POPULAR COPY of the original. Usually the copies ARE 1 troy oz of pure silver....so still AWESOME but NO 1804!!!!! That would be cool if it were though!

Statement and Question: I have done extensive research on this coin. I have checked numbers in date along side a genuine Peace Dollar, and other things I compared. Now, is this a genuine 1804 Trade Dollar or is it a fake reproduction? It may be the real thing, but I'm just not sure. On the reverse side, on the genuine coin, the tail feathers of the eagle come down all the way to the rim of the coin, but this one does not; it's a bit short. Thanks so much.

Does a magnet stick to the coin. If a fairly strong magnet does not stick it is a least real silver.
