Like brand new. Maybe a tiny 1/4" surface scratch on dvd if you look reaql hard, but it plays absolutely perfect. Played maybe 3-4 times total. Protective cardboard sleeve in near perfect condition...no tears, rips or anything like that. The DVD cover is also in near perfect condition...but there is very small tear in the plastic covering, maybe 1/4" just under the "E" in the title word Grudge.
