She's approximately 12 inches long and 1b. She comes with what she is wearing flannel nightly and night cap! She has closed eyes and an adorable dowdy face, sorry no magnets or pacifier! She's in excellent condition she was mine and only displayed on my bed! Good luck as usual shipping is free only us delivery!

You do understand that this is smaller than a preemie ,preemies are 16 to 18 inches long this baby is a micro preemie 12 inches about as tall as a ruler a little more with legs straight!

I assume you would have to buy doll clothes or maybe preemie would fit but I really never changed her I only had her on display!
