This is XP it is pretty fast for XP but still it's not going to be as fast as Windows 7 or 8 ,so keep that in mind when making your decision.Price paid at Walmart $389
It does need a ,memory upgrade and it can be found on ebay for $10-$30 just run the scanner on Crucial.com, it can be installed yourself. It will make it run much better.
This little netbook has a fresh new install of XP activated and ready to use, I have done updates and driver updates but it may need more done. Built in Webcam and Very clean ,Adult owned.Battery holds charge excellent.
It is a very nice netbook for Basic use, like email ,pogo games and listia ect.Perfect for teens or adults.Remember it is running XP so don't expect windows 8 speed.It runs and I don't claim it to be lighting fast or claim it to do more than what it does now.
Review all my pictures and see if it's right for you.

Again for XP it runs pretty good, some video with lil lag at times, Needs a good memory upgrade or complete upgrade .Shipping is $10.00 if you Gin it I will ship for free

Sorry to hear your not a eblah(eBay) shopper it is where I get all my computer needs :) for less,I am not sure what you like to do on the internet but I also have a 32 GB iPod touch with camera on auction with just one known issue it won't work with voice apps , but emails, music and facebook ect work , ty for looking :)

lol.. i usually buy them new.. this is the first time i am thinking of getting a used one.. and i am very iffie about it.. because .. it seems like u have to upgrade or do some kinda of adding a hard drive .. or some thing.. like i said i have never bought a used laptop,computer, tv, or anything like that.. i am just wanting to pull it out and BAMM i am using it just fine with np or up grading.. can u tell me how to that upgrading u are talking about?

Hi, it is workable as it is , a bit slow at times because it needs a bigger ram inserted in it ,unscrew the bottom flap there is a ram card with two silver snaps , the snaps open and you slide it out and insert the bigger one teeth first and it auto snaps in place (added pics )

my hubby wants a lap top for him.. we have two window 7 desk tops and one vista desk top .. but he wants one for him and that he can take where ever he want to .. we have both wifi and hard wire and he would like the option to be able to use both, as he choices at the moment and he needs to be able to start and run with not problems or updates or upgrades.. or new memory cards.. he is not a computer person.. he knows nothing about them.. so any and all that would be done by me.. and i hate to open one up and start taking this and that off and then hoping i put it back right.. i messed that up one time and blow up a $3,000 desk top.. so since then every computer has been new from best buy... but i see that there is some good ones on listia and i am trying to go that way instead.

I have an Asus 900a, which is a little bit different (specs wise) but, I'm almost sure the "upgrade" is the same. :) it is ridiculously easy to upgrade ram, (and even the whole hard drive card, if ever needed to) you, just turn it over and pop off the cover and snap in the ram and close it up.... POOF your done, easy peasy. I love my asus, nowadays, the laptops, are becoming more "apple" like in that, an average consumer cannot upgrade unless take apart the whole unit. :( I'd get this great little pc in a heartbeat if I had enough credits, but, I'd change it over to Linux (what can I say I love Linux, but, we must use windows for things as well) AWESOME LISTING. :) :)

Hi, there is no Cd/dvd drive however I do have one that plugs in USB and it is one of the gifts with gin lol
