Thank you. I'm not 100% sure if it would fit or not, but the chest area is stretchy, but the dress is just short in general. It does not hit at the knees

It's not tight, but it is very short. The dress I have on in the picture above is a small. I am 5'5 and weigh 125 pounds, its on the mini dress side

These are the only length I have. If you're under 5'0 , then I think it would hit at the knees.
