No filters, I sold the filters separately, 15 days for you to return the item, its NEVER been used, I opened the box to get the filters out and take picture.

I guarantee you it's NEVER BEEN USED. I just opened it, took out the filters and took a picture of it. You are getting the portable charger which is the black box, a battery which is the cig itself and the original packaging, all brand new just opened.

You will just need to buy the filters, they sell them for 15 bucks at 7 eleven or at smoke shops, u can get them online also for like 12 bucks, they give u five filters, super cheap and helpful, love mine.
