This was bought for me four years ago. The person who bought it for me paid over 300 from JC Pennys. It no longer fits me and the only jewelry I wear is my wedding ring. It has a circle c st e with a line over it and lthen below that it reads S.STEEL there is a proof mark it looks like an arrow
